Our history
The Acertis label was created on the initiative of Thibaut Charles de la Brousse.
A French national, Thibaut Charles de la Brousse joined the audit division of Arthur Andersen in Luxembourg in 1990 and became a partner in 2000, in charge of corporate finance and development of the venture capital/private equity and real estate divisions.
In 2001, he joined Andersen Belgium as a partner with responsibility for the financial services division. In Belgium, following Andersen's merger with Deloitte, Thibaut Charles de la Brousse contributed to the development of the financial services and public sector divisions.
Early in 2008, after 17 years in large audit firms, of which seven as a partner, Thibaut Charles de la Brousse decided to found Acertis. Since then, in addition to his commitment to developing and promoting the Acertis label, he led numerous assignments consisting of IFRS based financial compilations, financial consolidations and M&A advisory mandates including buy side due diligence and valuations.
